Mindful Mondays'

This week saw the start our Mindful Mondays’ assemblies.  We learnt about what mindfulness is and when it can be particularly useful.  We all participated in a moment of mindfulness when we challenged ourselves to hear a single chime for as long as possible.  It was surprising just how much more we noticed and heard once we really focussed. This week we’re going to try and take the time for a minute of mindfulness every day.
