To help raise aspirations in our academy the Year 6 pupils get the opportunity to apply and interview for a position in our Swap Shop. During lunch times, the children work in the shop selling items that the children in the academy can buy using their green points that they have earnt. As part of their role, they complete an inventory of stock and work alongside the Admin team in school to ensure stock is purchased and refilled.

Similarly, to the Shop Keepers in the academy, the accountants had to secure their jobs through applying and undergoing an interview. As part of their role, they collate children’s green points across the academy and input them into the online green points system. Like the Shop Keepers, they liase and work alongside the Admin team within the academy.
